Identify patterns of thoughts, behaviors and relationship dynamics that prevent fulfillment in life. Expand healthy coping skills, create effective belief systems, advance communication skills and secure attachments in your relationships.
Each person is unique, we learn, grow, express and process differently. It's my practice to know each patient and identify the best modality of therapy and processing for their goals and desires. Specifically, practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
Unhealthy patterns that occur in our life provoke a need for change. Some settle and accept this, in therapy we can work together to break this cycle and enhance you're confidence, skill set and belief system for internal change that will impact external change.
“Searching for a therapist can be a confusing and somewhat intimidating process. But from my first session Holly put me right at ease with her professional manner. After only a few short months of working with Holly I feel I've made tremendous progress confronting and solving issues that have plagued me my entire life. I would like to highly recommend Holly for all of your therapeutic needs.”

“ I have struggled with OCD and being a germaphobe my entire life & she has helped me navigate through the trials & struggles I’ve encountered with it before & during the pandemic. I’m not sure where my mental health would be today without her & it’s scary to even think about it.”
Life can be difficult and change only occurs outside of your comfort zone. In the difficult times that life can bring its powerful to utilize support, accountability and skill building with a counselor to survive through these times and come out thriving.
In family therapy CS works with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. Family therapy is aimed to help families and couples deal with internal issues. And, develop communication, coping skills, and boundaries to maintain healthy family roles.
With high divorce rates, and stress in the home at an all-time high after over a year of the Coronavirus pandemic couples therapy is a great need. CS builds and practices healthy assertive communication skills, identifies and implements healthy boundaries, assesses met and unmet needs and desires, love languages and building/rebuilding trust.
This often includes a combination of EMDR, Narrative therapy in which you write and process your story, and boundary setting. Outside of intensive therapy session a customized schedule is created with the patient that often includes trauma informed yoga, exercise, assigned literature and creating a vision board for your future.
