Searching for a therapist can be a confusing and somewhat intimidating process. But from my first session Holly put me right at ease with her professional manner. After only a few short months of working with Holly I feel I've made tremendous progress confronting and solving issues that have plagued me my entire life. I would like to highly recommend Holly for all of your therapeutic needs.
I have a 16 year old daughter who suffers from a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) as well as substance abuse, depression, a learning disability and depression. Holly has been a huge blessing in our lives. She is very patient and firm in a gentle way. I remember the first time sitting in her office, I felt a strong sense of relief because someone finally understood my daughter and everything she explained made sense. During our appointments, I never felt rushed or unheard. My daughter who struggles with ADHD would get a little restless after a while and Holly would know the perfect time to end the session. This was one of the little things I noticed that impressed me and it didn't allow my daughter to get bored and not want to go back.
I have seen Ashley Cook weekly for little more that a year now and I am exceptionally happy with our progress. Having switched therapist after moving I was very impressed how quickly we were able to bond and continue the work that I had done with my prior therapists. Ashley holds you accountable, and is willing to share from her own experience in a very relatable manner. The last few weeks we have started EMDR and so far I feel it is a huge leap in how coop with some of my challenges. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone that needs help with anxiety, depression and addiction.
